As a Residence Support Worker, you’ll implement care plans focused on fostering client independence and community involvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate client needs and develop care plans
• Assist residents with life skills and daily management




• Collaborate with community partners for client support
• Oversee medical needs and appointment scheduling
• Maintain a safe program environment through regular checks

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services with related experience preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Reliable, insured personal transportation
• Current Emergency First Aid Certificate
• Clear Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records Check
