The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of all production‑level projects (usually crews of 6+ and projects with a minimum duration of 1 week).
This role owns the project from award through close‑out and ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and aligned with TriForce’s Production Process.
Key Responsibilities 1. Project Intake & Transition Review newly awarded production projects following estimator handoff
Confirm scope of work, schedule assumptions, access requirements, and constraints
Identify and document known risks or project sensitivities
Ensure project documentation, drawings, and information are complete and accessible
2. Internal Project Kick‑Off & Planning Lead formal internal project kick‑off meetings with:
Production Manager
Site Foreman / Production Foreman (as applicable)
Review and confirm:
Project schedule and sequencing
Manpower requirements
Procurement and material lead times
Safety requirements
Site logistics and equipment needs
3. Scheduling & Equipment Coordination Develop and maintain production schedules in coordination with the Production Manager
Confirm equipment, tooling, access, and logistical requirements for each project
Coordinate equipment availability, rentals, and delivery timelines
Proactively adjust schedules to mitigate delays caused by site conditions, materials, or labour availability
4. Client & Site Communication Act as the primary point of contact for:
General Contractors
Owners / Customers (as required)
Provide regular project updates and schedule confirmations
Manage and respond to RFIs in a timely manner
Proactively communicate delays, risks, or changes to stakeholders

Site Oversight & Field Support Conduct regular site visits to:
Monitor progress and productivity
Verify quality and scope compliance
Identify risks, constraints, or access issues
Support Foremen and field teams with issue resolution and planning support
6. Risk, Delay & Change Management Proactively identify and manage risks related to:
Schedule
Access
Weather
Design conflicts
Coordination issues
Mitigate delays and implement recovery strategies where required
Manage change orders and scope changes in accordance with company procedures
7. Crew & Production Oversight Oversee production crews in collaboration with the Production Manager and HR Manager
Ensure workforce planning aligns with project schedules and workload demands
Lead weekly production coordination meetings with:
Production Foremen
Production Manager
Review active projects, upcoming work, constraints, and resource needs
Assign and track action items resulting from weekly meetings
8. Safety & Compliance Ensure all required safety documentation and site requirements are in place
Support the Safety Coordinator with compliance, reporting, and issue resolution
Address safety concerns escalated from the field and ensure corrective action is taken
Coordinate:
Final inspections
Deficiency resolution
Demobilization and site clean‑up
Support accounting and administration with:
Progress billing
Final invoicing
Close‑out documentation
Organizational Role The Project Manager is part of TriForce Team’s Upper Management Team and is expected to:
Participate in leadership and operational planning discussions
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Provide feedback to strengthen production performance and project delivery
