Responsibilities
Assist senior carpenters with construction tasks, including framing, siding, and restoration projects
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project execution
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
Support concrete forming and finishing activities on various construction sites
Handle heavy lifting and assist with heavy equipment operation as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on-site
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a secure working setting
Qualifications
Basic understanding of construction principles or related experience preferred but not required
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques is advantageous
