Duties
Assist senior carpenters in measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
Support concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, walls, or other structures
Participate in siding installation, framing, and restoration projects to enhance building durability and aesthetics
Operate heavy equipment safely when required for lifting or moving materials
Maintain a clean and organized worksite by properly storing tools and disposing of debris




Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work workplace for yourself and team members

Requirements
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics preferred but not required; willingness to learn essential skills on the job
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workday
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, woodworking techniques, and construction practices is a plus
Strong interest in carpentry, concrete finishing, welding, siding installation, or restoration work
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Prior construction experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners
