Santiago General Contractor Solutions is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. If you enjoy talking to people and working outdoors, this is a great prospect to build experience and grow with a quick-growing home improvement company.

What You’ll Do
Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners
Promote our bathroom remodeling services
Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
Accurately collect homeowner information
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Work with your team to meet daily and weekly goals

Requirements




Strong communication and people skills
Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable walking 3–5 miles daily and working outdoors
