Bair Family Law is one of Barrie’s leading Family Law practices, focusing on a carriage trade clientele and progressive, solution-focused lawyering.

Requirements for Success
a minimum of 4 years of experience working in Family Law
a membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
extensive experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
experience before the Ontario Divisional Court and Court of Appeal would be an advantage;
training and/or experience in Mediation, Cooperative Family Law, and Judicial Dispute Resolution would be an advantage
the ability to thrive in a high-performance organizational culture




strong strategic management skills
robust people and team management skills
an orientation toward progressive dispute resolution
a keen understanding of the business component of the practice of law
