Act on reporting requests for the Distribution team
Manage deployments using Change Management tools
Secure the reporting software setting




Develop and document reports based on business needs
Progressively take on label and shipping document development Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
5+ years of experience in programming/technical support
Knowledge of Change Management and WMS systems
Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
