Key responsibilities involve SNV calling, benchmarking tools, and generating performance metrics. You will contribute to a collaborative research team aiming to innovate gynecologic cancer research and enhance detection methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and quality control sequencing data
• Perform SNV calling and microbiome profiling
• Benchmark variant calling tools effectively
• Utilize databases for SNV filtering
• Document results for potential publications

Requirements:
• Minimum two years in a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics or related field preferred
• Solid understanding of bioinformatics pipelines
• Proficient in Bash scripting and Snakemake
