In this role, you'll support our Highway Construction Operations group for the 2026 Road Construction Crews. Essential tasks include using power tools, executing flagger responsibilities for vehicle and pedestrian safety, and maintaining compliance with Alberta Transportation standards. Your robust work ethic and reliability will contribute to our commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general labor duties in road construction
• Safely direct traffic and foot traffic as a flagger




• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices
• Operate company vehicles including crew vans

Requirements:
• Entry-level position, training available
• 1+ year of traffic control/labourer experience an asset
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs regularly
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license or better
• Own vehicle required for commute
