Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 Annual

Your Challenge Primary Focus is Stores Management of Inventory and all associated Stores activities (including Point of Use inventory setups, Material Location Assignments, all Material ERP Transactions)
Cycle Counting / Cycle Count Variance Reconciliations
Job Order Issuing and Kitting
Administrative support to Operations and Quality – Scanning of Operations Job Records, Quality Documentation, Reporting (Excel, Word)
Receiving, Shipping
Intercompany Transfer Orders/ Shipments
OSV receiving
Process TR receipts and kit pack TR for Nogales
Scrap ticket reports
Form one creation for Stores to MRO transactions
All Scanning
Stores Management and organization
Stores Location moves and setups
What You Bring Attention to Detail
Experience working cross team support
Strong Communication Skills – Verbal and Written English
Microsoft Excel and Word Skills
Bonus – Syteline ERP / Infor ERP system knowledge




Education – Not required but preferred - Office Systems Administration/ Business / Accounting
