STRIVE is seeking a Fitter/Welder to join a well-established manufacturing team. The role focuses on fitting and welding structural assemblies, reading blueprints and weld symbols, and handling large equipment with overhead cranes and forklifts.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of structural welding experience, FCAW/MCAW skills, and may hold Red Seal or 437A certification. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and perks.
