Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare is seeking a Temporary IT Technical Support Specialist to provide crucial Level 1 support across multiple healthcare facilities. This full time role is based in Bracebridge and Huntsville.

As part of the IT support team, you will ensure the security of IT assets and provide hands-on support for desktop, network, and telephony issues. You'll assist with user account management, conduct user training, and engage with third-party providers to resolve issues. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Level 1 support for application and system issues
• Assist with user enrollment and account management




• Execute network and desktop changes as needed
• Manage support requests adhering to service agreements
• Coordinate escalations to third-party support

Requirements:
• Post-secondary IT diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years in Level 1 IT support roles
• ITIL Foundation Certification is an asset
• A+ Certification preferred
• Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist desirable
