AGF invites experienced Senior Client Service Representatives who are passionate about investments and customer service to join their dynamic Client Services team. This remote-first role allows for flexibility while aiming to provide an outstanding client experience. Work mainly from home and collaborate in our downtown Toronto office two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for advisor/investor account queries
• Handle customer requests and collaborate with internal teams
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients




• Work rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM
• Stay updated on AGF's products, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education, Canadian Securities Course preferred
• 3+ years in contact center at a financial services company
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with multi-tasking abilities
• Adaptable to quick-paced environments
