As part of our in-house construction management team, you will implement your skills in preparing and updating drawing packages for our diverse portfolio.

Working collaboratively with Project Managers, you’ll ensure each project maintains a high standard of design and functionality. Your passion for architecture and detail will define lasting venues from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive existing condition drawings




Develop and draft concept plans and layouts
Assist with project feasibility studies and planning
Create technical drawings using Revit/AutoCAD/Sketchup
Maintain drawing templates and construction standards Requirements:
3+ years experience within the architecture field
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup
Knowledge of contract document preparation
Experience with BCBC and zoning regulations
