Clinician role is designed for a leader who exemplifies clinical expertise and fosters a culture of integrity. You will mentor clinicians, conduct peer reviews, and ensure that treatment standards align with the latest industry benchmarks. Partner with operations to enhance overall clinic function and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Provide mentorship to current and existing clinicians
Conduct detailed audits of clinical practices
Facilitate UHN student placements and training
Work closely with the Client Experience Team to enhance service
Present clinical data and insights in leadership meetings

Requirements:
Must be a registered Chiropodist/Podiatrist with COCOO
Proven experience leading healthcare teams
Capacity for analytical thinking and data interpretation
Ability to maintain high operational standards
Active presence in both Toronto and Mississauga clinics
