Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate services for optimal resident care
• Lead shift reports to ensure team communication




• Record residents’ significant health changes
• Implement physician orders promptly and correctly
• Report any issues to the Director of Care

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing mandatory
• Valid registration with provincial nursing authority
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care
• Understanding of applicable health regulations
• Commitment to delivering respectful care
