Join Centerra Gold’s Kemess Mine as a Senior Coordinator, Safety. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a camp-based schedule of 14 days on/14 days off.

In this vital position, you will support the implementation of health and safety programs and ensure adherence to safety standards and legislation. You will work closely with various operational teams, conducting risk assessments and promoting protected work practices. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a safety-first culture and driving continuous improvement in safety protocols across the mine.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures
• Conduct hazard assessments and workplace inspections
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations




• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports
• Facilitate safety training and orientation for staff

Requirements:
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar field
• Familiarity with mining safety regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with audits and regulatory inspections
