This position requires qualified experience in carpentry and residential and commercial project management. Your ability to communicate clearly with your team and adapt to changing dynamics will be essential. You will be working closely with the Site Supervisor and Project Manager to ensure project timelines are achieved, delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and motivate carpenters and subcontractors
• Ensure understanding of major trades at various construction stages
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance




• Manage materials to prevent waste and shortages
• Complete post-construction repairs as necessary

Requirements:
• Certification in carpentry or equivalent skill level
• Hands-on experience with projects from $1-5 million
• Excellent oral communication skills in English
• Level 1 Occupational First Aid certificate
• Physical fitness for outdoor work
