Working within the established budget set by the home manager, you will maintain kitchen hygiene and health regulations while delighting residents with welcoming dishes. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve various meals and beverages
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Order food supplies efficiently




• Address any catering concerns with management
• Keep accurate hygiene records as required

Requirements:
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Catering
• Basic or Intermediate Food Hygiene certification
• Experience in care or commercial kitchens is a plus
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats
• Kindness and courtesy in resident interactions
