We specialize in high-end plumbing and HVAC services, and we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Custom Homes Plumbing Supervisor to lead and manage plumbing crews across multiple custom new construction sites. This role involves overseeing groundworks, rough‑ins, and finishing stages, ensuring that all plumbing work meets code requirements and project deadlines. The ideal candidate is a licensed plumber with strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and hands‑on experience in custom residential construction.

Our Custom Homes Plumbing Supervisor earns a competitive wage of $42.00-$45.00/hr , based on skill level and experience.
STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
You’ll typically work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

OUR IDEAL CUSTOM HOMES PLUMBING SUPERVISOR:
Journeyman Plumber certification
Minimum 5+ years of residential plumbing experience , with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, residential construction methods,
and applicable codes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
And who can manage these responsibilities:
Supervise day‑to‑day activities of plumbing crews on residential current build sites
Coordinate and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines
Oversee installation of underground services, rough‑ins, water lines, venting, and final fixtures
Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and address deficiencies as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
Liaise with site supervisors, homebuilders, inspectors, and project managers
Provide on‑site guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior plumbers
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and report updates to management
Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overruns
Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
