• Install and configure computer hardware and software

• Manage user access in Active Directory and VPN

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of IT operational experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
• Solid understanding of PC hardware and networking
• College diploma in Information Technology
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
