The Grants Manager will report to the Managing Director and work in tandem with the Scientific Director. In this dynamic position, you will oversee the evaluation of grant submissions, strategize funding opportunities, and support healthcare initiatives in Canada and Israel. Strong analytical and relational skills are essential in this hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage grant-making strategies and support policy development
• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities aligned with priorities
• Oversee the entire grant lifecycle from start to finish




• Collaborate with funded organizations on successful execution
• Represent the Foundation brand at relevant conferences

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical field (PhD or MD)
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Project management skills (PMP is an asset)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with a detail-oriented mindset
