As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) reporting to the Director of Care, you'll provide essential patient-focused nursing services in compliance with provincial standards. Your role involves thorough assessments, adjusting care plans as necessary, and directly administering treatments and medications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and maintain accurate resident assessments and care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans consistently




• Participate in care conferences and support scheduling
• Educate residents and families about health conditions
• Respond to medical emergencies and oversee emergency response

Requirements:
• Current registration as an LPN in British Columbia
• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and care coordination skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
