We are looking for Cashier to join our team! The cashier isresponsible to scan the customer’s selections, ensure that prices andquantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, andprovide helpful information to customers about products, promotions, or itemlocation. They will also respond to customer concerns, process refunds orexchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer serviceskills and be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities: Process cash register payments by cash, creditcard, gift card, and debit
Maintain a cash register stock for full shift
Wrap and place merchandise in bags / carts
Balance and reconcile cash at end of work shift
Assist customers by answering questions about our products and programs (our loyalty cards), ongoing promotions and fundraisers, and our services (home delivery)
Ensure the store isclean, safe and ready for shoppers; sanitize the check-stand conveyor belt
Stock and replaceproducts in the check-stands and Customer Service desk
Complete store openingand closing duties
Performsother related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities: Great attention to detail
Good communication and people skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention todetail
Excellent time management skills with a provenability to meet deadlines




Availableto work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand during scheduled shift,withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
