As a member of Springboard's Youth Community Justice Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting youth ages 12-24. You will handle case assessments, program development, and facilitate group sessions focused on essential life skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage intake and case planning for youth
• Develop and deliver engaging group programs

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Work or Youth Work
• At least 2 years of related experience
