• Analyze ERP systems and eCommerce platform integrations
• Provide user support and onboarding for ERP technologies




• Collaborate to define project scope and deliverables
• Troubleshoot ERP issues to minimize operational downtime

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of integration processes and applications
• Proven project leadership in ERP initiatives
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical users
