Reporting to the Director of Operations/Factory, your primary responsibilities will encompass maintaining inventory accuracy and managing the shipping and receiving processes. You will implement strategies for enhancing manufacturing efficiency and lead key continuous improvement projects. Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure operational alignment and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of finished-product inventory and cycle counts
• Oversee end-to-end shipping and receiving processes
• Assess and improve manufacturing efficiency and throughput




• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives with clear objectives
• Support operational KPI reporting and analysis

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
• 3-5 years of manufacturing or supply chain experience
• Proficient with ERP, especially Fishbowl
• Project management experience preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
