Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in building maintenance, assisting with plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical tasks. Experience in water and wastewater systems is a plus, and you’ll work closely with the supervisor to address all maintenance needs effectively while meeting safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete work orders with the Building Maintenance Supervisor
• Maintain plumbing, carpentry, and heating systems
• Assist with renovations and small construction projects




• Monitor water and sewage treatment systems
• Ensure compliance with building code and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating, plumbing, and electrical methods
• Basic mechanical skills
• Robust organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
