This role involves reporting to the Shift Supervisor and actively participating in daily KPI results focused on productivity and safety. As a Production Operator, you will handle monitoring efforts for industrial equipment while adhering to safety and quality procedures. You’ll be pivotal in maintaining equipment functionality and engaging in process optimizations that contribute to our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Apply accurate procedures and instructions
• Conduct safety checks and incident diagnostics




• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop
• Engage in equipment maintenance and SOP management
• Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Flexibility for overtime and evening shifts
• Capacity to lift 25lbs and tackle physical tasks
• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE use
