The Career Foundation seeks a part time Employer Services and Retention Specialist to strengthen connections with employers and facilitate job placements for individuals accessing the Ontario Disability Support Program. You'll utilize your networking, relationship-building, and communication skills to generate job opportunities while providing ongoing support and coaching to participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct employer outreach through networking and cold calling
• Develop relationships to secure job placements for program participants
• Plan hiring fairs and employer engagement events




• Monitor job placements to ensure participant success
• Maintain accurate records of employer interactions and outcomes

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in job development or community outreach
• Proven ability in sales and employer engagement
• Knowledge of government-funded employment programs is an asset
• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and vehicle access
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
