Job Role: Systems Analyst - Senior (Maximo)

Public Sector Experience: Preferred

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 80-85/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Must Have:

- 10+ years’ experience with Maximo (v8 or v7), Technical/Functional Skills with strong Expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management / IBM Maximo Application Suite.
- University degree in Business Administration or Information Systems or Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience evaluating, recommending, and documenting business workflow, procedures, roles & responsibilities and systems integration and conversion strategies. Considerable experience documenting "as-is" and designing "to-be" business processes, utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard.




- Experience in QA and testing techniques, including planning, creating test data, and conducting functional testing, facilitating UAT and other types of testing in an enterprise workplace; experience with HP ALM suite would be an asset.
- Experience with Maximo implementation is an important requirement, most notably serving the areas of asset management, including planning, preventative maintenance, capital project delivery, contract/vendor management, service requests and work orders using web, geospatial and mobile technology.
