In the Crisis and Secure Bed Program, you will aid individuals in navigating their mental health challenges through compassionate, direct support. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, assisting daily skills development, and coordinating resources that empower clients on their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial screenings for program eligibility
• Facilitate crisis support sessions and planning
• Maintain a safe environment for clients' stabilization




• Develop and implement daily living skill strategies
• Monitor and advise on medication usage

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or relevant field
• At least 3 years in mental health and crisis intervention
• Knowledge of mental health legislation
• Proven collaboration skills with community partners
• Valid driver's license and transportation access
