H2Lab is currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk for its Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts branch. Reporting to the Site Manager, the incumbent candidate will perform the daily tasks required to support the efficient operation of the Logistics Department.
Role Summary The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping containers, supplies, and equipment. The employee will ensure inventory accuracy, order compliance, and the maintenance of a safe and organized work environment. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient supply management and timely completion of tasks.
Main Responsibilities Receiving and Inventory Management Receive, inspect, verify, identify, and store goods according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records in computer systems, perform periodic counts, and participate in physical inventory audits.
Ensure proper stock rotation when required, identify replenishment needs, and notify the appropriate supervisor.




Order Preparation and Shipping Prepare orders listed in the inventory system for customers or various departments and verify accuracy before shipment while updating system records.
Package products appropriately to ensure their integrity during transportation.
Prepare and complete required shipping documentation and coordinate shipments with carriers.
Perform daily deliveries and pickups at the laboratory.
High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Training in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is considered as an asset.
Minimum Experience Requirements Experience in warehousing, receiving and shipping, or inventory management.
Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
Ability to manage priorities effectively.
Employment Conditions Permanent, full-time position.
In office work, with travel required.
