Town of Caledon is seeking an Inclusion Facilitator I to support participants with disabilities in our Community Programs. This casual role focuses on welcoming, inclusive and adapted activities, following Town guidelines and standards.
You will prepare materials, assist with daily tasks, maintain participant profiles, and handle attendance and incident reports. The ideal candidate has First Aid and CPR-C, plus experience with disability support.
