At Lifemark Meadowlark Centre, the Active Rehabilitation Nurse supports patients in a unique chronic pain program funded by Alberta Health Services. You’ll work alongside physicians and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that clients receive tailored rehabilitation plans and quality care throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process physician referrals and orders
• Monitor patient flow and track progress through the program
• Conduct patient orientations to the rehabilitation program
• Collaborate with physicians on patient care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and health records
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse status in Alberta
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in electronic health records
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
