Controller
Our client, located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, is seeking an experienced Controller to manage the overall financial operations of the organization. This position will also oversee IT systems and co-manage Human Resources and Health & Safety policies.

The Controller will provide accurate and timely financial information to the President and senior management, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the organization’s overall accounting and financial functions.

Prepare financial statements and monthly management reports.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Establish and maintain accounting principles, practices, procedures, and internal controls.

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.

Provide financial information and recommendations to the President to support business decisions.

Oversee the organization’s IT systems and coordinate upgrades and changes as required.

Co-manage Human Resources and Health & Safety policies and related administrative functions.
