Heartland Constructors is seeking a Skilled Labourer for the Imperial Oil Kearl maintenance project in Fort MacKay, Alberta. This role entails supporting trades people with a focus on safety and effective task execution. This temporary position, running from September 1 to September 30, requires at least three years of related experience and a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

The Skilled

Labourer is responsible for maintaining equipment and helping on-site tradespeople by handling various construction logistics while adhering to safety practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain company equipment
- Distribute materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare construction components as needed
- Execute safe work practices
- Foster a positive, cooperative workplace Requirements:
- 3 years minimum relevant work experience
- Must have CSO and other safety certifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
- Solid physical stamina and safety-consciousness
