You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and strengthen financial controls within a quick-growing fintech company. Collaborate closely with leadership teams to monitor performance and identify operational prospects for improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations




Analyze financial performance and support budgeting processes
Maintain compliance with financial policies and IFRS standards

3 - 5+ years in finance, accounting, or analysis
