With at least 3 to 5 years in the aerospace sector, you will develop safety standards and deliver essential training to our teams. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop Safety Management System standards and tools
Coordinate product safety activities across Bombardier
Manage strategic projects with multidisciplinary teams
Create communication materials for safety initiatives
Participate in industry advisory groups Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in aerospace or technical field
3 to 5 years in aerospace-related roles
Familiar with SMS and risk management principles
Robust leadership and teamwork abilities
