In this full-time Health and Safety Associate role, you will join CrossSafety's commitment to excellence, providing critical support for client projects in construction and operations. Your expertise will be essential in managing worker safety, advising on potential hazards, and performing site inspections. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide teams on health and safety concerns for projects
• Identify risks and propose protective measures
• Conduct safety audits and facility inspections




• Document findings and facilitate corrective actions
• Prepare professional safety reports and liaise with regulatory agencies
Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
• One year field experience in high hazard environments
• CRSP, CSP, CHST, CIH, or ROH designation
• Familiarity with health and safety reporting tools
• Hands-on experience with audits and inspections
