Tim Hortons in Sooke, BC is hiring a full time Assistant Manager - Food Services to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team of 16-20 staff, and ensure profitability, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits

Evaluate daily operations

Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

Monitor staff performance

Plan and organize daily operations

Recruit staff

Set staff work schedules

Supervise staff

Train staff

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

Conduct performance reviews

Organize and maintain inventory

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Participate in marketing plans and implementation

Lead/instruct individuals

Address customers' complaints or concerns

Provide customer service

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements

Education: College,



CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in food services or related field

Supervision of 16-20 people

Available for shift or on-call work

References required
