Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and skills training to clients for stable living
• Assess problems and develop flexible action plans
• Network clients with essential services and crisis intervention
• Maintain records and statistical data of client engagements
• Drive company vehicle when required
Requirements:
• Diploma or Grade 12 plus 2 years relevant experience
• Familiarity with community resources, especially addictions
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sectors
