Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coach attendants during shifts
• Lead training and orientation for recent staff
• Monitor adherence to company procedures
• Complete reports as directed by management
• Maintain inventory levels for training needs

Requirements:
• Experience in Non-Urgent Patient Transfer or related field
• Advanced First Aid and CPR certification
• Customer service experience
• Strong time management skills
• Clean driver’s abstract and G license
