Maintain a visible presence on the floor, leading service and supporting the team during peak periods
Ensure an outstanding guest experience, handling feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and urgency
Oversee inventory, ordering, and food quality to ensure consistency and minimize waste
Uphold health, safety, and food safety standards at all times
Support local store marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
Requirements 3-5+ years of leadership experience in quick service or fast-casual restaurant operations
Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, service-driven environment
Strong financial acumen,
