This Nurse

Practitioner role invites experienced specialists to provide exceptional healthcare services. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and manage the health of residents with complex needs. You will engage in communication with families and utilize evidence-informed practice to ensure optimal outcomes for all residents. Key Responsibilities:
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and results
Monitor and revise plans of care based on health status




Educate families about health assessments and therapies
Advocate for palliative and end-of-life care options
Document clinical information accurately and timely

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Nursing with preferred Master’s
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience in geriatrics and long-term care
Knowledge of infection control practices
