Join our team of dedicated educators as an After-School Assistant! In this agile role, you will assist the team with supervision and cleaning duties. Responsibilities
Support teachers in supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities
Foster a welcoming environment by building positive relationships with children, encouraging participation, and promoting teamwork
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by monitoring behavior and adhering to safety protocols
Complete end of day cleaning responsibilities including but not limited to; dishes, cleaning floors, bathrooms and emptying garbages
Experience
Prior experience working with children in educational, recreational, or childcare settings is preferred
Experience in early childhood education or related fields is a plus but not required;
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Experience or enjoyment with cleaning duties
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children's growth and eager to contribute to an educational workplace.
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
