The Senior
Director will guide the planning and execution of vital initiatives while ensuring alignment with AFN's political mandates. This position involves extensive collaboration with First Nations leaders, government entities, and external partners. A genuine understanding of First Nations' issues and governance is essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives in economic development and infrastructure
Develop advocacy strategies for First Nations
Foster relationships with key stakeholders
Offer strategic advice and policy insights
Oversee critical policy documents and proposals Requirements:
Minimum five years of senior management experience
Degree in Indigenous Studies, Public Administration, or related field
In-depth knowledge of First Nations' economic issues
Experience managing complex projects
