You will report to the Group Manager and take charge of key initiatives encompassing CNC machining, AI integration, and production optimization.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to identify and implement creative solutions that enhance productivity and quality. This hands-on engineering role ensures you have a significant impact on manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement
Identify and implement efficiency and cost-reduction strategies
Oversee onboarding of new manufacturing processes
Support troubleshooting and root cause investigations
Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
5+ years in manufacturing engineering
Experience in highly regulated settings is a plus
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices
