Join ITPS Canada Ltd. as an Aerospace Life Support Equipment Engineer. This full time role focuses on maintaining critical flight safety equipment for operations in London and North Bay, Ontario. As an engineer with ITPS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and functionality of life support equipment such as parachutes and ejection seats.
Ideal candidates will have a meticulous work ethic and problem-solving skills. The role includes conducting inspections, maintaining equipment records, and providing training to personnel on survival equipment usage. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in air safety meetings and safety council
Conduct periodic inspections on life support systems
Maintain and organize ITPS ALSE inventory
Conduct training on equipment usage and inspections
Assist in equipment fitting and operation Requirements:
5+ years egress experience
College program in avionics or electronics
Parachute Rigger course completion
Martin Baker ejection seat maintenance preferred
Robust attention to detail and communication skills Become a key player in aviation safety and support at ITPS by maintaining critical life support systems.
