Your work will involve collaboration with various teams, including Engineering and Finance, leading efforts to optimize industrial methods and enhance service execution through digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee performance improvement programs across O&M; activities
Optimize industrial processes such as workload balancing
Conduct assessments and performance reviews in office




Analyze data to identify and address performance issues
Facilitate the implementation of digital tools for operational enhancement Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of experience in performance improvement roles
In-depth knowledge of process optimization and reliability engineering
Familiarity with methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
Experience with digital operational tools such as CMMS or OdyC Utilize your analytical and communication skills at Alstom to drive operational excellence and redefine the future of mobility.
